On September 14, the opening ceremony of Dongfeng Motor’s 10th Technology Innovation Week and First User Lifestyle Festival, themed “Eastern Wind Rises, Intelligently Painting a New Life,” was held in Wuhan. At the event, Dongfeng Motor officially unveiled the “Sky Clean Zero Carbon” plan, the Embodied Intelligent Vehicle All-Domain Guardian Plan, and the “Sky Horizon Sail” plan, showcasing the company’s latest technological achievements in digital intelligence energy, all-domain safety, and global layout. The company also officially launched the “Dongfeng Youxin” user service brand, built on four core pillars—Commitment, Trust, Promise, and Value—to establish direct user connections and accelerate co-creation through dedicated channels and platforms, fulfilling whole-lifecycle service commitments.
Yang Qing, Chairman and Party Secretary of Dongfeng Motor, attended the opening ceremony and delivered remarks. In response to the national dual-carbon strategy, Feng Changjun, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Dongfeng Motor, officially released the “Sky Clean Zero Carbon” plan. He stated that the convergence of societal, user, and industrial evolution forms the foundational vision behind this initiative, ultimately crystallizing into a “1331” strategic framework: One vision—making user travel more effortless, industrial ecosystems more harmonious, and the social environment greener. Three core values—for users, making charging as convenient as refueling and turning vehicles into appreciating assets; for industry, partnering with ecosystem allies to aggregate over 10 million sets of charging infrastructure covering all user travel scenarios; for society, achieving annual collaborative carbon reduction of over 1 million tons, equivalent to planting 50 million trees each year. At the opening ceremony, the Embodied Intelligent Vehicle All-Domain Guardian Plan was officially released. You Zheng, Vice President and Standing Committee Member of Dongfeng Motor, stated that under the wave of intelligentization, vehicle safety has upgraded from single-point protection to a multi-dimensional collaborative all-domain safety paradigm. Dongfeng Motor will create a deployable, perceivable, and trustworthy all-domain safety guardian solution. To accelerate the development pattern of “in the world, for the world,” Zhou Feng, Vice President and Standing Committee Member of Dongfeng Motor, released the “Sky Horizon Sail” plan. At the opening ceremony, Dongfeng Motor deepened ecosystem collaboration with multiple new partnerships accelerating into place. At the level of technical standards co-construction, Dongfeng joined central enterprises, industry institutions, research institutes, and universities to jointly release the “White Paper on All-Domain Vehicle Safety in the Embodied Intelligence Era,” aiming to redefine the conceptual boundaries of all-domain vehicle safety in the intelligent era based on embodied intelligent vehicle trends, outputting referenceable and deployable technical standards, and providing important references for industry safety technology evolution.
Two major research platforms were officially established at the event. The Dongfeng Motor Branch of the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Green Vehicles and Transportation was unveiled, with both parties focusing on joint research into automotive embodied intelligence technology. The Dongfeng Motor Basic and Advanced Technology Research Institute was also officially inaugurated, reinforcing foundational research and advanced technology layout to solidify the foundation for Dongfeng’s long-term technological competitiveness. Exhibits including the energy ecosystem sandbox, Quantum Architecture 4.0, and 12C ultra-fast charging battery cells were showcased, systematically presenting Dongfeng’s technological foundation in new energy, intelligent connectivity, and intelligent driving. The brand exhibition area assembled multiple heavyweight models including the M-Hero M817, Yijing X9, and Dongfeng Aeolus L8+, alongside commercial vehicle new products such as pure electric tractors, hydrogen fuel cell tractors, and solid-state battery vans, covering diverse scenarios from off-road to family to business use.
On September 13, at the First User Lifestyle Festival, Dongfeng Motor officially launched the “Dongfeng Youxin” user service brand. The brand carries four core pillars—Commitment, Trust, Promise, and Value—connecting with users through standardized car purchasing experiences, personalized test drive services, warm delivery experiences, “111” service standards, and direct user voice channels, fulfilling whole-lifecycle service commitments.
