Kuntian New Energy is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of artificial graphite anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. Its products are primarily used in automotive power batteries and consumer batteries, serving downstream sectors including passenger vehicles, buses, energy storage, power tools, mobile phones, and laptops. The transaction is designed to expand Xuetian Salt Industry’s strategic footprint in the new energy materials sector and strengthen industrial chain synergies.
