Founded in December 2017, Microcell New Energy specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of micro lithium-ion batteries. According to the filing, the company ranked fourth globally in the micro lithium battery market for consumer smart terminals in 2025, and second in the wireless earphone segment.
For the first half of 2026, the company reported revenue of 337 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 17.95%. Net profit for the same period reached 26.345 million yuan, up 12.14% compared to the previous year.
The company’s controlling shareholders collectively hold approximately 55.12% of the voting rights.
